January 11, 2008: The NLC Blackboard system is unavailable Friday afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. EST for non-routine maintenance. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

September 19, 2007: The Blackboard system experienced problems, including the display of the course menu, between 11 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

September 10, 2007: The Blackboard system experienced slow response times, particularly on the Discussion Board. System response times resumed normal levels on the morning of September 11.

August 24, 2007: The Blackboard system was upgraded to version 7.3.
The Discussion Board features have changed in this upgrade. See the Discussion Board tutorial under the Bb Communication menu option.

Blackboard Usernames/Passwords

Blackboard usernames/passwords will be e-mailed to new undergraduate students before the online start date of the term. If you have not received yours by the online start date of your course, please e-mail onlinesupport.
