Transcripts

Students receive one copy of an unofficial transcript for each week-in-residence that they attend. These transcripts are “unofficial” and for the individual student’s use.  Official transcripts are available to students at a cost of $10 each.  Students must sign a transcript release form to have their records sent to any other person or organization.  You may mail or fax a printed version of the Transcript Request Form.
