Admissions Application

Applications can be completed in an online format, or can be printed, completed and mailed to the school.

 

Online Application:

Click here to access the Online Application. This online application can be used for all Bachelor of Arts programs and Certificate programs in both the School of Labor Studies and the School of Professional Studies.

 

Print Applications:

There are two printable application forms, one for the School of Labor Studies, and one for the School of Professional Studies. The difference between these applications is that the School of Labor Studies application requires an Educational Narrative Essay.

Readmission Application

If a student has been inactive for more than a year, they will need to submit a readmit form. There is a $25 readmit fee. Registrar's Office can assist you with registering for courses, transcript requests, and graduation.

For readmission to the College, complete the Readmit Application Form, and submit to the address or fax number above.

The Admissions Office can assist you with your academic needs, including the application and admission process.
