Robert is a faculty member at the National Labor College.  He teaches courses on Distance Learning, Instructional Technology, History of Communication, Web 2.0 Collaboration, Digital Storytelling, Multimedia Technology and Microsoft Office.  He holds a BA in History and Psychology from Drury University, a BS in Mathematics/Computer Science from Towson University and a MA in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
