Tuscon Association of City Employees-CWA and community backers rally in support of union representation for Tucson city workers. In the representation election, 1,500 white-collar workers won the right to be represented by CWA Local 7026. It was the largest single victory for CWA District 7, which covers a 14-state area, in the last 30 years.
